At Elefun, we redefine Spanish learning with comprehensive programming that goes beyond traditional classroom instruction. Our unique approach combines expertly tailored Spanish classes with culturally immersive activities, creating an unparalleled language learning experience.

We proudly offer accredited Spanish instruction across all levels as classified by the Common European Framework:

Our programs are designed using the teachings of the Cervantes Institute as a reference, ensuring high-quality instruction in Spanish as a foreign language. To ensure you start at the appropriate level, you’ll take a quick, free placement test before beginning your studies. Transformational Journey

Dynamic Circular Model

Our circular model keeps you moving through clearly defined weekly objectives known as “I can” statements.
Imagine one week centered around “I can talk comfortably about past experiences.” Each Spanish level (A1-C2) includes a set number of these weekly objectives, ensuring comprehensive learning before advancing to the next level. Once a teacher has completed all weekly objectives within a level cycle, they start over from the very beginning. This flexible circular curriculum design means you can start your Elefun Spanish journey at any time, without having to worry about missing information, or repeating lessons. You can hop on or off whenever you’d like, without the need for fixed start dates.

Motivational Sublevel Progression

Following the Common European Framework, each level is divided into two sublevels, such as A1.1 and A1.2, ensuring focused and incremental learning. This approach keeps you motivated, while celebrating small victories as you master each sublevel. The result is a finer grasp of the language with a greater sense of accomplishment.

Experiential Colombian Immersion

In order to acquire a language, you must understand and live the culture, which is why we treat Medellin and the surrounding region as our secondary classroom. Elefun offers a rich array of weekly and monthly events, connecting your studies with real-world experiences. Engage in language exchanges, savor authentic Colombian cuisine, and embark on breathtaking waterfall excursions throughout Antioquia. These immersive activities help you harness the power of Colombia’s land and culture, resulting in a life-changing Spanish learning experience.

Elefun Academy is recognized and supervised by the Secretary of Education of Medellín as an Educational Institution for Work and Human Development. Our academic programs are accredited and designed to teach Spanish to the international community, under Operating License No. 201950075734 issued on August 20, 2019; Resolution No. 202450041857 dated June 13, 2024; Program Resolution No. 202450087013 dated November 1, 2024; and Resolution No. 202550010303 dated February 19, 2025
